The application package will include the following:

  1. Checklist of required documents to be submitted (PDF/38 KB)
  2. Application for a Licence to Transport Hazardous Waste, along with Instructions to Transport Licence Applicants (PDF/302 KB)
  3. Consignee Confirmation Letter (PDF/20 KB)- recommended format
  4. Proof of company registration (i.e. Certificate of Registration) with BC Corporate Registry
